
Peach Cobbler
Peach Filling
Jar of Cedar Pines Ranch Vanilla Bourbon Peaches (depending on size of dish used)
1/4 C coconut sugar
Cobbler Topping
1/2 C of melted raw, grass-fed local butter
3/4 C coconut sugar
1 Tsp of vanilla powder
1 C of sprouted buckwheat flour
1 Tsp of Baking Powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 C of coconut sugar
Preheat over to 350* Smear the bottom of a 9x13 pan with a little bit of butter. Add peaches and sugar and mix directly in the pan.
Mix the butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, sprouted buckwheat flour, baking powder and salt until a crumbly mixture forms.
Place scoops of the mixture over the top of the peaches. Spread with a spoon or your fingers (no need for formalities here)
Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
For best results, let stand for 20-30 minutes before serving. Best served with vanilla-bean nice cream .. in my personal opinion.
